Words in the mentioned markets change every time. While conducting an analysis of the words that resonate in each market could be insightful, a much deeper analysis can be done by examining the transcript of each Trump speech at the various events included in the mentioned markets.
I have collected the Trump speech transcripts for the following events:

August 30: Rally in Johnstown, Pennsylvania
August 29: Town hall in La Crosse, Wisconsin
August 23: Rally in Glendale, Arizona
August 22: Speech at the US Southern border
August 21: Speech at Asheboro, North Carolina
August 17: Ralley Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
July 27: Speech at Nashville Bitcoin Conference
July 18: Speech at RNC
June 27: CNN Debate
May 9: CNN Town hall
Some of them are machine-transcribed, so the quality may vary, but most should be good enough for analysis. I will try to publish some analyses for the upcoming markets. In the meantime, if you'd like to take a look, feel free.
Additionally, a note: these are transcripts of the full event, so in some cases, other people may also speak. However, the speaker is usually flagged in the file.
